These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the SM Vegetable website and your purchase of vegetables through it. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
2. Products & Pricing
We sell fresh vegetables sourced daily from local farms. Prices shown on the website are per kilogram, bunch, piece, or pack as indicated on each product and are subject to change without prior notice due to market rates. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. Orders & Payment
An order is confirmed only after you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation. We accept Cash on Delivery, UPI, and card payments as offered at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity, in which case any payment already made will be refunded.
4. Delivery Policy
We aim to deliver within the estimated delivery window shown at checkout. Delivery times may vary due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances. Delivery is currently available only within the service areas listed on our Services page.
5. Quality, Returns & Refunds
Because vegetables are perishable, please inspect your order upon delivery. If any item does not meet our freshness standard, contact us within 24 hours with a photo of the item for a free replacement or refund. We are unable to accept returns once vegetables have been used or discarded.
6. User Accounts & Information
You agree to provide accurate delivery and contact information at checkout. You are responsible for keeping your account or order details (if any) confidential and accurate.
7. Limitation of Liability
SM Vegetable will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or delay in delivery, except where required by applicable law. Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, belongs to SM Vegetable unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without written permission.
